Reheating Instructions

To our Valued Guests: When re-heating all food, please remove it from the refrigerator 30 minutes before heating. This will allow the food to heat more evenly throughout, and yield an overall better result with less cook time.

Starters

Salads:

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, pour half of the vinaigrette. Next, add the salad and all its components. Add the remaining half of the dressing (or the desired amount) and gently toss the salad to combine careful not to overmix and break the leaves.

Soups
Microwave:
Warm in microwave until heated through, approximately 3 minutes. Remove, stir, and continue heating in 45-second increments until heated to the desired temperature.

Stovetop:

Heat soup in a saucepan, covered over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired temperature.

Breads (Remove lids to reheat)

Microwave: Set the microwave to high. Warm in microwave until heated through, approximately 20-40 seconds. Optional: brush with melted butter before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Warm in oven until heated through, approximately 4-6 minutes. Optional: brush with melted butter or olive oil before serving.

Sides
Pommes Purée, Creamed Spinach, Baby Carrots, Green Beans, Braised Kale

Microwave: Warm sides in the microwave until heated through, for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, carefully remove the sides. Continue heating sides in 45-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.

Stovetop: In a covered, medium saucepan over medium heat, add each side individually, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired heat & texture.

Mac & Cheese:
Microwave:
Set microwave to high. Warm in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Warm in the oven for 6-10 minutes

Entrées

Chicken, Lamb, Pot Pie, and Salmon: Proteins are both fully cooked, and the containers are oven-safe, remove the lids before heating.

Microwave: Set microwave to high. Warm in microwave until heated through, approximately 2-6 minutes.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Warm in oven whole, until heated through, roughly 14-18 minutes.

Braised Beef Short Rib:
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all contents and liquid to the container and cook for 15-20 minutes or until you’ve reached your desired temperature

Desserts
Cakes, Cookies and Pies:
All cookies and pies are best enjoyed at room temperature. Desserts can be warmed slightly if preferred. To heat, microwave in 30-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
